A Tyrannosaurus Rex paint test eye from Steven Spielberg's Jurassic Park. Freed from her containment pen after a power outage, the T-Rex attacked Tim (Joseph Mazzello) and Lex (Ariana Richards) while they toured their grandfather's dinosaur-filled theme park.

This elaborate cast resin eye with a sculpted yellow and black core, lifelike yellow and brown latticework veins, and a dental acrylic coating was created by key artist Rob Hinderstein at Stan Winston Studio as a paint test for the animatronic T-Rex. Its underside is partially painted blue. The eye exhibits scratching and bubbling from the cooling process. Dimensions: 4.5" x 4.5" x 3" (11.5 cm x 11.5 cm x 7.75 cm)
