A holster worn in the production of the sci-fi action movie Judge Dredd. Framed for the murder of a journalist, Judge John Dredd (Sylvester Stallone) is convicted to life in prison while his brother Rico (Armand Assante), presumed dead, takes control of the streets of Mega City One. Can Dredd reclaim his freedom, prove his innocence and save the city from the evil ex-Judge?
This holster and others like it were issued to the “Street Judges” of Mega City One, and can be seen being worn by the judges as they dispense justice throughout the lawless city. The field equipment is made of worked metal and vacformed plastic with rubber strapping attached to connect the holster to the Street Judge’s belt. The piece is finished in dark blue and black. The metal hardware has been finished to give it a burnished gold appearance. Foam padding on the rear is fitted for the wearer’s comfort.

Bearing some marks from its time on the tough streets of Mega City One, the holster remains in overall very good production-used condition.
