Johnny Mnemonic's (Keanu Reeves) VR Helmet from Robert Longo’s 1995 action sci-fi film, Johnny Mnemonic. In the film a courier, Johnny Mnemonic, must deliver an important data package stored in his head before he is killed by the Yakuza. Johnny uses a helmet to communicate with a dolphin which is equipped to receive secret codes.
Constructed to look as though it is thrown together using available spare parts, this helmet features numerous numerous electrical components attached to it. Made from a standard aviation helmet, it is outfitted with a visor, circuitry, wires, and tubing in order to make it appear as though it is a VR headset. A large piece of rubber tubing extends from the top rear of the helmet where it would presumably be attached to its power source and computers. Showing signs of wear from age and use this helmet is in overall good condition.
