A Helium cleaver sword from Andrew Stanton's sci-fi action film John Carter. Civil War veteran John Carter (Taylor Kitsch) used a cleaver sword while rescuing Dejah Thoris (Lynn Collins), princess of the besieged city of Helium on Mars.

The cleaver-style sword is double-bladed and has a hand-carved wooden grip, around which a brown leather strap is wrapped. The blades are made of silver resin and feature straight spines, curved edges and multiple engravings exhibiting a star chart motif. The blades are intentionally tarnished to look used, and their edges are dulled for safety. The lot exhibits signs of production wear but remains in good condition. Dimensions: 48 cm x 11 cm x 3 cm (19" x 4.25" x 1.25")
