A collection of 16 tapes by artists with connections to iconic American rockstar Jimi Hendrix. This lot comes from the collection of Patricia "Trixie" Sullivan, personal assistant to Mike Jeffery between 1966 and 1973.

The tapes are recordings of unknown performances, radio shows and unknown demos. The tapes have a width of 0.6 cm and are made by the following brands: Ampex, Hitachi, BASF, Emitape, Scotch, Schneider, and Grundig. Dimensions (largest tape in case): 28 cm x 27 cm x 2 cm (11" x 10.75" x 0.75")

Additional provenance:

This lot comes from the collection of Patricia "Trixie" Sullivan, personal assistant to Mike Jeffery between 1966 and 1973. Jeffery was responsible for developing and managing the career of Jimi Hendrix, The Jimi Hendrix Experience, The Animals, Soft Machine and others.
