A Rubber Harpoon Rifle with a Harpoon from Michael Bay's 2005 science fiction thriller, The Island. In the film, Lincoln Six Echo (Ewan McGregor) is a resident of a hi-tech Utopian facility that holds a dark secret from society. Weapons of this style can be seen used by the black uniformed guards within the island complex, notably when they tackle Starkweather Two Delta (Michael Clarke Duncan) and pursue Lincoln.
This harpoon gun has been constructed from dense rubber and has a futuristic design to match the films setting. Fitted into the barrel is a simple soft prop arrow head to simulate being ready to fire. Although some of the paint has scuffed due to production use and storage, this prop remains in otherwise very good used condition.
