Steven Spielberg's chair back and a pair of set decoration acrylic heads from Spielberg's Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. This lot comes from the collection of Chief Art Director Alan Cassie.

The chair back was produced on location in Sri Lanka, where they filmed the village scenes and the climactic rope bridge sequence. The chair back has Spielberg's name hand-painted in black on one side.

Accompanying the chair back is a pair of acrylic shrunken heads, made by production to be used in the large underground Thuggee temple.

The chair back has some minor discolouration and staining, and the heads remain unfinished. Dimensions (chair back): 20 cm x 49.5 cm (8" x 19.5")
