Costume designer Bernie Pollack's personal limited-edition replica of Indiana Jones' (Harrison Ford) jacket from Steven Spielberg's action-adventure sequel Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. After creating Jones' leather jacket, Nowak also created a limited run of custom replicas, including one specifically for Pollack.

This brown leather jacket comes from Pollack's collection. Based on the A-2 bomber style, it features two front pockets, buckled sides, an internal "Tony Nowak Original" tag, and "Authentic Indy IV Screen Accurate Limited Edition Jacket Custom Made for Bernie Pollack L.E. # 1/777 California, USA by Tony Nowak" embroidered on the interior lining. The jacket comes in a custom-made brown suede zip-up garment bag featuring a Tony Nowak Original tag and embroidered "Made Especially for Bernie Pollack" along with the film's title logo. The jacket exhibits minimal distressing applied by production to give the jacket a worn appearance.
