Independence Day

Location Research Shots and Jet Designs

Stock #100979

”Welcome to Earth.”

A folder of location research shots and jet designs from the production of Roland Emmerich’s 1996 blockbuster Independence Day.

Aliens arrive in Earth’s atmosphere with the intention of destroying humanity. It’s up to ace fighter pilot Steven Hiller (Will Smith) and scientist David Levinson (Jeff Goldblum) to save the day.

This set contains a collection of seventeen pages of research on fighter planes and helicopters and four pages of sketches of planes. It also features 40 pages of location research shots, largely of buildings in various states of disrepair. Some of the pages are duplicates and several are stapled together. Prints like these would have been handed out to different departments and members of the crew. The prints come in a large manilla folder.

Some of the prints have minor creasing from storage, but considering their age they remain in an excellent condition.

Materials: Paper, Card.
