Plutarch Havensbee's (Philip Seymour Hoffman) District 13 costume from Francis Lawrence's sci-fi adventure sequel The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1. A secretive member of the rebellion, Head Gamemaker Heavensbee wore his costume while working to overthrow The Capitol while in District 13.

This costume consists of a gray cotton blend button-up shirt with a pair of breast pockets, and a pair of matching gray cotton blend pants. It exhibits minor signs of wear from age and use.
