Renowned poster artist Reynold Brown produced a frightening classic horror design on this first year of release US One-Sheet for William Castle's House on Haunted Hill (1959). This entertaining picture tells the tale of an unusual millionaire, Frederick Loren (Vincent Price), who invites five strangers to spend the night in his creepy old mansion. Anyone who makes it through the night gets $10,000, but the catch lies in surviving long enough to collect the money. It is perhaps remembered for its "Emergo" promotional gimmick, which involved a plastic skeleton flying over audiences in some cinemas via a pulley system near the theatre screen during a later scene in the film. The film was also the inspiration for Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho. This example has retained its colours and is presented conservation linen-backed.

Conservation linen-backed with border and fold line restoration, multiple pinholes around the border and some small areas of paper replacement along the bottom border. There is a yellow pen mark on the right border.
