Silverbeard's (Peter Elliott) mechanical ape glove from Hugh Hudson's adventure film Greystoke: The Legend of Tarzan, Lord of the Apes. Silverbeard became Tarzan's (Christopher Lambert) primate father after his real parents died in the African jungle.

Created by primate costume designer Rick Baker, this glove features jointed metal and plastic fingers connected to a fiberglass palm hand-labeled "-Ter -Liott" under brown-skinned foam residue. Its fingers open and close via a threaded pulley cord. The glove exhibits extensive cracking and missing foam, fraying cord, and some rust from production use and age.
