Artist Franco Fiorenzi created this compelling montage artwork on this first-year release of Italian 2-Fogli for Sergio Leone's final film in his trilogy The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (1966). This incredibly rare Italian One Panel (2-Fogli) was used exclusively for the Rome premiere of the film in December 1966. The faces of the three main stars, Clint Eastwood (The Good), Lee Van Cleef (The Bad), and Eli Wallach (The Ugly), have been placed against a unique silver foil background. The striking red stripe down the centre cleverly incorporates key scenes from the movie and contrasts perfectly against the green title artwork. The Good, The Bad and The Ugly is lauded (rightly so) as the greatest spaghetti Western ever made, with any paper from the film highly sought after.
