A Roman legionnaire costume from Ridley Scott's Academy Award®-winning historical epic Gladiator. Roman soldiers wore their legionnaire uniforms when they attacked Germanic forces under the leadership of their general, Maximus (Russell Crowe).

This costume consists of a metal-color plastic helmet with a padded interior; a metal-color piece of chest armor with leather straps; a burgundy wool cape and tunic; a pair of metal-color plastic vambraces with leather straps; burgundy wool drawstring pants; a pair of metal-color plastic greaves; and brown leather boots. It exhibits some staining, scuffing, and missing elements on the body armor and a broken flap on one side of the helmet.
