A hand-painted matte painting of New York rooftops from Ivan Reitman's Ghostbusters. The Ghostbusters (Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Harold Ramis, and Ernie Hudson) stood on the edge of a rooftop, looking down at Gozer (Slavitza Jovan) as it stomped through New York in the form of a gigantic Stay Puft Marshmallow Man.

Created by matte artists at Richard Edlund's Entertainment Effects Group (EEG) for the wide composite shot of buildings across the street from the Ghostbusters, this painting depicts the rooftops of several buildings on the right side with an open left side. It is rendered in mixed media on particle board. This painting has undergone sympathetic restoration, as it previously had a small piece of paper adhered to the surface which was subsequently removed and the area touched up by noted matte artist Rocco Gioffre. The painting exhibits some notable paint marks, scuffing, discoloration, and chipped edges. Dimensions: 80" x 38.5" (203 cm x 98 cm)
