Alexander Dane's (Alan Rickman) Dr. Lazarus costume from Dean Parisot's sci-fi comedy Galaxy Quest. After the Thermians transported Alexander and the other cast members aboard, Alexander donned his Galaxy Quest uniform the Thermians recreated.

This uniform consists of a gray and purple poly-blend knit jumpsuit. It features a white and blue embroidered Galaxy Quest emblem patch on the left side, three silver-color metal rectangular studs and a zip front with a decorative metal triangular slider. The inner seam of the jumpsuit features a Bill Hargate Costumes tag with a very faded hand-marked "Alan" beneath it. This costume exhibits discoloration and frayed applique edges.
