There are no more iconic or long lasting horror creations than the man-made monster of Frankenstein or the vampiric Count Dracula. Originally released by Universal in 1931 then constantly re-issued on a regular basis since. They are as popular today as ever they were. The US One-Sheet for "Frankenstein" comes from an unspecified 1960s release and features a black-and-white illustration of Boris Karloff as the 'monster' offset against a bold green background first seen in the 1930s and used on the Three-Sheet and title lobby card. To complement this piece (and from the same re-release period) we are also offering a One-Sheet for "Dracula" (1931) in this auction. (Provenance: The Personal Collection of Bryan Fuller)
