A Sunday magazine edition and script rewrite from the production of Jerry Zucker’s 1995 medieval adventure First Knight. King Arthur of Camelot (Sean Connery) contended with renegade knight Malagant (Ben Cross) and with his wife Guinevere’s (Julie Ormond) love for Lancelot (Richard Gere).

Dated 17.06.94, the script rewrite comprises 110 pages of hole-punched A4 paper bound with a metal clip affixed to a red card cover. The script is written by William Nicholson and features several colour-coded rewrites that are printed on yellow, pink and blue paper.

The Sunday magazine edition is dated 02.07.95 and features Gere as Lancelot on the front cover. A two-page article inside the magazine titled “Hard Day’s Knight” details Gere’s work on the film and the concurrent breakdown of his marriage to Cindy Crawford.

Both items in this lot exhibit some minor creasing but remain in very good condition.
