A Court Room Mural Concept Painting used in the production of Phil Joanou’s 1992 Neo-Noir Thriller, Final Analysis. In the film, Dr. Isaac Barr (Richard Gere) falls in love with his psychiatric client Heather Evans (Kim Basinger) and finds himself tied up in a violent plot. The mural depicted in the concept art was used in the courtroom set, but never seen on screen.
The painting is spread across three panels of cardboard and totals 38” in length and is labeled and signed in pencil by Paul Swendsen. The piece features some production wear, including scratches, stains, and tears in the cardboard, but is otherwise in overall good condition.
