Katya’s (Karolina Wydra) silver sample case from Sebastian Cordero’s 2013 found footage thriller, Europa Report. The film follows six international astronauts on a privately funded mission to Jupiter’s moon, Europa, in hopes of finding signs of life. This case is used by Katya when, having finally landed on Europa, the young biologist is sent out to collect samples from the alien moon.
The case is made of heavy plastic painted with a metallic silver paint finish. Inside, foam and cardboard inserts make up the housing for seven metal sample cases of varying sizes. Additionally, this lot also includes an Irock brand read-out devise attachment also seen in the film. This excellent piece measures 21”x17”x10” (53cm x 43cm x 25cm) and is in good, used condition.
