A Henchman's Bloody SFX Hat from Patrick Lussier's 2011 supernatural action film, Drive Angry. In the film, John Milton (Nicolas Cage) escapes from Hell in order to seek vengeance against the cult leader who killed his daughter. This hat comes from the scene in which Jonah King dispatches a number of thugs into Milton's motel room to kill him. The final thug can be seen wearing this hat which was rigged by production with tubing to pump stage blood after he is stabbed by Piper (Amber Heard). Manufactured by Red Head, this camouflage baseball cap features numerous abrasions and spots of dried stage blood, and includes a rubber tube on the interior that has been glued in place. The tube has been cut short, however one end leads directly to an incision at the front of the cap where blood poured from the actors head.
This cap includes an adjustable band, allowing for a comfortable fit for most head sizes. The hat features minor wear from production use, including areas that have hardened from stage blood, however this piece remains in overall good condition.
