A Rose Line marker from Ron Howard's thriller The Da Vinci Code. Robert Langdon (Tom Hanks) followed the line of markers on the ground, known as the Rose Line, in the climactic scene of the film. He soon realised, based on the clue from the cryptex, that the Holy Grail was hidden underneath the Pyramide InversÃ©e within the Louvre.

Cast in brass, the large medallion is decorated with the embossed word "ARAGO" along the centre and features engraved "N" and "S" direction pointers. Green paint is intentionally applied to the text to replicate the appearance of verdigris. The medallion displays scuffing and light scratches from production use. Dimensions: 17.5 cm x 17.5 cm x 1 cm (7" x 7" x 1/2")
