Reepicheep's (Simon Pegg) SFX tail made for Michael Apted's The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader. The Pevensies return to Narnia and have an epic voyage across the sea. Insert tails were used in shots that only showed Reepicheep's tail.
This tail is constructed from silicone and features hand-punched hair. The silicone is painted with spots in order to appear similar to a real mouse tail. A metal rod extends into the middle of the tail. This rod is able to be manipulated via a joystick-style controller. Some of the cables which control the tail have come loose since production and, as a result, the tail does not have a full range of motion. This piece is in otherwise good condition.
