Tom Hanks and Helen Hunt's chairbacks with a placard from Robert Zemeckis' drama Cast Away. Actors sat in personalized director-style chairs between takes. Placards marked vehicles for production use.

This lot consists of two green canvas chairbacks with the film's title logo on one side and the performer's name on the other; and a cardboard placard featuring the film's title logo. The chairbacks exhibit loose threads and dye fading, while the placard exhibits staining. Dimensions (chairbacks, each): 21.5" x 14" x 0.5" (54.75 cm x 35.75 cm x 1.5 cm); (placard): 14" x 5.5" x 0.25" (35.75 cm x 14 cm x 0.75 cm)
