The incredible French Grande on linen offered here is a real stunner, with an evocative painting focusing on Dracula and his many beautiful brides (note the absence of Peel's name in the credit block, as the emphasis is given to three of the gorgeous actresses to appear in the film instead).

The poster has been professionally linen backed and there is some small amount of touch-up to the "r" in "Maitresses" and the "c" of "Dracula" in the lower vertical fold. It is otherwise in wonderful condition.

Hammer's Dracula franchise includes a spine-tingling film featuring David Peel as the villainous bloodsucker Baron Meinster, who terrorizes an all-girls school with his nightly visits. It's worth noting that Peel plays the role instead of Christopher Lee, who is absent from this film. However, Dr. Van Helsing, played by Peter Cushing, shows up to put an end to Meinster's reign of terror. Peel retired from acting after this film to become a successful fine art dealer. Despite being overlooked by horror fans, this film is a fine addition to the Dracula series. It boasts exquisite sets and costumes and provides a fair number of chills along the way.
