William Wallace's (Mel Gibson) mace from Mel Gibson's Oscar-winning medieval biopic Braveheart. Scotsman Wallace wielded his mace as he struck down an English soldier after he "surrendered" following the death of his wife Murron.

This lot consists of a wooden mace with a long side and a shorter side with a metal connection piece in the middle. This lot exhibits extensive wear due to production use and the shorter side is chipped and intentionally distressed by production. Dimensions: 38.5" x 2" x 1.5" (98 cm x 5.25 cm x 4 cm)
