A collection of slides from the fantasy film The Borrowers. Struggling to understand why items keep disappearing within the house, Pete Lender (Bradley Pierce) sets traps to catch the tiny people responsible. When lawyer Ocious P. Potter tries to demolish their house when no will is found, Pete teams up with the Borrowers to recover the will and save their home.
These slides and others like them were used in the process of cataloguing the making of the film, and would have been used as production reference. Numbering forty-two slides in total, the majority of the images feature miniatures of the Borrowers being set up for a shot within the film by the art department, with a further six slides featuring original promotional stills.

The slides are held in their original plastic wallets from the production, two of which have “Art Dept.” written in black marker at the top. In a very good production-used condition, the largest wallet measures 33.5cm x 24.5cm (13.25” x 9.75”).
