A collection of badges and promotional items relating to the English rock band Black Sabbath. The lot comprises twelve various-sized badges; a "Black Sabbath Tour 74" sticker; five "Black Sabbath Vol 4" stickers; a postcard featuring a black-and-white image of the band; two Fillmore East concert programmes; an A&S Flight & Road Cases label; a Morgan Studios sticker; and a "WPLJ, Led Zeppelin Rocks, 95.5 FM" bumper sticker. Some items display minor discolouration and the backs of the badges exhibit tarnishing. Dimensions (concert programme): 21.5 cm x 14 cm (8 1/4" x 5 1/2")

Additional Provenance:

This lot comes from the personal collection of David Tangye. He worked closely with Black Sabbath and went on to be Ozzy Osbournes personal assistant. He co-authored How Black Was Our Sabbath: An Unauthorised View From The Crew with fellow crew member Graham Wright.
