Teeth castings, Vincent (Ron Perlman) face appliances, make-up, and fur gloves from Ron Koslow's fantasy romance series Beauty and the Beast. These components were created to transform Ron Perlman into the dashing beast Vincent.
This lot contains four Vincent face appliances. The appliances were cast during production of the series and feature detailed skin texture and are untrimmed. The face appliances are presented on a vacuformed lifecast of Ron Perlman. Each glove is in a varying stage of completion. The gloves are made of faux brown and white fur with a spandex lining. The color of fur varies slightly with each glove and some feature resin claws. In addition to the gloves, a bit of extra fabric and the patterns used to create the gloves are included with this lot.
Other appliances in this lot include eyebrow covers and ears. The eyebrow covers are unpainted, untrimmed, and made from foam latex. The ear appliances are made from silicone and are in various stages of completion with some being painted. Most of these ears have hardened with time and have become brittle. The make-up included in this lot is stored in jars and each is labeled with what it was used for. This make-up has dried.
The teeth castings are made from plaster and are upper and lower molds of Ron Perlman’s teeth. The pair of matching upper and lower castings feature fang details in the upper teeth. A casting of upper teeth are also included that is chipped in areas. These pieces remain in overall fair condition. Effective dimensions: 24" x 18" x 12" (61 cm x 46 cm x 30 cm)
