In 2009, in association with the British Beatles Fan Club, the Saint Giles Street Gallery held an exhibition titled The "$11 Million Dollar Picture Show" to coincide with the release of the digitally remastered catalogue of every album by The Beatles. The collection consisted of vintage printed ephemera and photography showing the career of the Fab Four. Up for sale at the exhibition was a scarce printer's proof of the original banned Beatles "butcher's cover" from the personal collection of John Lennon. This lot consists of two posters promoting the event, one showing a montage of various photographs and the second featuring a close-up of the controversial cover. Both posters are hand-numbered #5/15 and are autographed in black ink by multiple photographers who worked with the Beatles, including Robert Whitaker, Frank Herrmann, Tom Murray, Astrid Kirchherr, Terry O'Neill and Michael Ward.
