A set of four original hand-drawn sketches of The Fab Four from the production of the ABC animated television series The Beatles. These preliminary sketches are rendered in pencil, with coloured pencil added to give the effect of movement. They were created by animator Dennis Hunt, who also worked on George Dunning's 1968 film Yellow Submarine, and each drawing shows a member of the band running. The sheets display minor creasing, marks and discolouration along the top of one sheet. The lot is accompanied by a printed copy of a letter of authenticity from Hunt. Dimensions (each): 26.5 cm x 33 cm (10 1/2" x 13")
