A Battle Computer from the 1980 sci-fi cult classic, Battle Beyond the Stars. In the film, Nanelia can be seen using a computer of this style to check the outcome of the future battle between the space tyrant Sador and the peaceful planet Sakir.
This computer device is made from a grey colored plastic case, with various light up components on the front, as well as a multi-colored keypad. When the device is turned on via a switch on the back, three clear components on the front light up different colors such as red, blue and orange. The lights vary in sequence, and can be changed with the push of a button or turn of a knob on front. This piece is powered by a standard wall plug, and measures 18" x 16" x 5" (45cm x 40cm x 12cm) and is in good working condition.
Please note that this item was also used as a rental prop for many years and has been featured in various other productions.
