A pair of League of Shadows gauntlets from Christopher Nolan's crime-drama Batman Begins. Bruce Wayne (Christian Bale) wore a pair of bladed gauntlets, like other members of the League of Shadows, as he fought Ducard (Liam Neeson) during a training exercise on a frozen lake.

The gauntlets are made of resin, finished to look metallic, with rubber blades along the outer edge. They are fastened along one side with hidden hook-and-loop strips. Handwritten inside the left gauntlet is the letter "L", handwritten inside the right is "R". the gauntlets each exhibit a false hinge detail along the fastening strip edge, and intricate panelled patterning along the main body. Dimensions (one gauntlet): 25.5 cm x 15 cm x 12 cm (10" x 6" x 4.75")
