Spike's (Darlene Vogel) screen-matched 1980s leotard from Robert Zemeckis' sci-fi sequel Back to the Future Part II. Spike wore her leotard in the 1980s-themed diner, where she and Griff's (Thomas F. Wilson) gang attempted to bully Marty McFly Jr. (Michael J. Fox) into taking part in a robbery. The placement of the leotard's triangular pattern screen-matches it to the moment Spike grabbed Marty Jr.'s groin, and when the gang hooked onto Griff's "P.I.T Bull" rocket-powered hoverboard.

The white high-necked leotard features a black geometric pattern with bra cups sewn into the interior. Two decorative lightweight nylon braided tubes finished in copper-coloured paint are adhered around the sleeves. A Bill Hargate costumier label with the text "Darlene #2" is sewn inside the collar. The lot exhibits some staining and marks, and one of the tubes is loose at the neck.
