Austin Powers' (Mike Myers) Kama Sutra book from Jay Roach's spy comedy sequel Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me. Austin held up his Kama Sutra book whilst enjoying his honeymoon with his new wife Vanessa (Elizabeth Hurley).

The custom-made navy-coloured cover shows Powers' face wearing a turban superimposed onto a male figure intertwined with a female figure. A summary of the book and several reviews are printed on the back cover in white. The sleeve covers a copy of Albert Gallatin Mackey's "The History of Freemasonry; Its Legendary Origins". Some minor marks and edge wear are present on the back cover. Dimensions: 28.5 cm x 22.5 cm x 4 cm (11 1/4" x 8 3/4" x 1 1/2")
