An SFX Necronomicon Ex-Mortis from the horror-comedy TV series Ash vs Evil Dead. The iconic Necronomicon first appeared in Sam Raimi's 1981 horror The Evil Dead, and was used in the series by Ash (Bruce Campbell) to accidentally summon the Kandarian Demon. This SFX version was used for scenes in which something went into, or came out of, the mouth which forms part of the book's cover.

The book is made of resin and wood, with a silicone cover painted to look like ancient leathery flesh. The back of the book is open, allowing the performer to push their hand through the mouth. The silicone cover has a sticky sheen and there is some wear to the paintwork. Dimensions: 29 cm x 23 cm x 4.5 cm (11.5" x 5" x 1.75")
