A United States Colonial Marine Corps hand welder from James Cameron's sci-fi sequel Aliens. Colonial marines used their welders to seal and open doors, as well as open a pipe Bishop (Lance Henriksen) had to crawl through to reach the transmitter.

The hand welder is made primarily of resin, with a metal nozzle, acrylic protective screen and buttons. There is a hole in the base of the handle, to allow the insertion of a fuel pipe, and a metal clip on the right side. The welder has wear from production use and age, including scuffing and scratching to the paintwork. It is missing two fixed buttons on the right side. Dimensions: 9.5 cm x 5 cm x 25.5 cm (3¾" x 2" x 10")
