Pvt. Frost's (Ricco Ross) Hero Colonial Marines Jacket worn in James Cameron's 1986 sci-fi action horror sequel, Aliens. In the film, Ripley (Sigourney Weaver) is drawn back to LV-426, where Weyland-Yutani has lost contact with the newly established terraforming colony. Now serving as a consultant to the Colonial Marines, Ripley is thrust back into a dangerous world where she must come face to face with an army of Xenomorph's. This jacket can be screen matched as the one worn uring the scene in which Frost picks up Newt's (Carrie Henn) movement signature on his tracker.
This custom made jacket features a unique camoflauge pattern and has been adorned with numerous patches from his unit in the USCM, Sulaco, and an American flag. Most of the patches are iron on, however two narrow patches have been stitched just above the breast pockets. The jacket buttons up the front, and includes Velcro closures for the pockets. Inside the jacket is a custom wardrobe label from C. & G. Costumers LTD that shows "Ricco (Frost)" written in black ink.
This costume shows some fading to the fabric due to age and general wear from production use with some of the patches peeling away from the garment, however the piece remains in overall very good condition.
