Screen-matched John Laroche (Chris Cooper) costume from Spike Jonze's comedy-drama Adaptation. The blue shirt matches the one seen on screen by the multicolor patterned lines aligning precisely, as do the buttonhole placements. The navy blue Aqua World Florida cap matches the one seen onscreen by the front panel creases. The costume also features a pair of Levi's light-wash denim jeans (size 32/32) and rubber-soled blue flip-flops.

Handwritten labels specify what scene numbers each item was made for, while a certificate of authenticity from Columbia Tristar Home Entertainment states the costume is the one worn onscreen.
