Ephialtes (Andrew Tiernan) hunchback costume from the 2006 action film 300. Based on the epic graphic novel by Frank Miller, 300 is a ferocious retelling of the ancient Battle of Thermopylae, in which 300 Spartans fought to the death against Xerxes and his massive Persian army. Facing insurmountable odds, their valor and sacrifice inspire all of Greece to unite against the Persian enemy.

Ephialtes wears the costume, gifted by the Persians, as her follows the Spartans and ultimately betrays them. The costume includes two leather bands to go around the arms, as well as one for the wrist, a leather waist and shoulder straps, a pair of oversized boots, a black fabric sash, and a velvet hat with attached neck sash. The boots are sized to portray large mutated feet but are meant for smaller feet and the leather straps, boots and hat all have gold designs and symbols throughout. This costume shows minor signs of wear from production use and age, but remains in great overall condition.
