An original public warning poster from Danny Boyle’s 2002 fantasy science fiction 28 Days Later.
A group of misguided animal rights activists free a caged chimp infected with the "Rage" virus from a medical research lab. When London bike courier Jim (Cillian Murphy) wakes up from a coma a month after, he finds his city all but deserted. On the run from the zombie-like victims of the Rage, Jim stumbles upon a group of survivors, including Selena (Naomie Harris) and cab driver Frank (Brendan Gleeson), and joins them on a perilous journey to what he hopes will be safety.
This item is a poster created by the production and used to paper London so that when Jim wakes up from his coma, it’s clear that there were official attempts to keep public order and minimise the loss of life. There were several different posters designed and seen on screen, this one directs people to their nearest emergency station, St. Thomas’ Hospital, the emergency information line and the emergency radio frequency. This item is not obviously seen on screen, and it is in very good condition.
This item comes with a Prop Store Certificate of Authenticity.
