A printed Nautilus blueprint from the production of Richard Fleischer's sci-fi classic 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. Ned Land (Kirk Douglas) joined the crew of Captain Nemo's (James Mason) submersible, Nautilus, on its way to Vulcania. The submarine was rendered with a combination of model miniatures and built interiors.

Photocopied by production for distribution amongst the art department, this blueprint features top and side views for one of the Nautilus miniatures. It is labeled "Walt Disney Productions, Burbank California," "Set No. 15," and "Ext. Nautilus"; numbered "2087"; dated "10-26-53"; and attributed to art directors John Meehan and Harper Goff with annotations throughout. The blueprint exhibits creasing from being rolled for storage. Dimensions: 36" x 71" (91.5 cm x 180.5 cm)
