A rare animation cel from George Dunning's psychedelic animated musical Yellow Submarine, inspired by the music of the Beatles. It features the characters Chief Blue Meanie, a violent despot with a hatred of music, and Jeremy Hillary Boob, PhD, an eccentric intellectual from the Sea of Nothing.

The cel depicts the Chief Blue Meanie after he was subjected to Jeremy's transformative magic, which caused flowers to bloom over the Chief's body. The cel is hand-painted on an acetate sheet and features handwritten notes including "BO32" and "BB24". It comes with a protective sheet of tracing paper. Dimensions: 40.5 cm x 30.5 cm (16" x 12")
