Fox Mulder's (David Duchovny) costume from the television series The X-Files. Mulder wore a variety of professional attire, such as suits and ties, throughout the series. Mulder wore a similar trench coat in the Season 5 Episode 12 "Bad Blood," where he and Dana Scully (Gillian Anderson) investigated mysterious murders. In the Season 5 Episode 14 "Monday," Mulder wore a similar blue shirt when he was shot by Bernard (Darren E. Burrows).

This costume originated from 20th Century Fox. It consists of a black trench coat from Hugo Boss, a dark navy blue suit jacket from Hugo Boss, a blue button-up shirt from Calvin Klein, a gray striped tie, matching navy blue suit pants from Hugo Boss, and black leather shoes from Calvin Klein (Size M 11.5). The interior of the pants feature a hand-marked "F" on the waistband in black ink. Production intentionally distressed the blue shirt to give it the appearance of a bullet hole in the chest. This lot exhibits pulled and frayed threads.
