Dana Scully's (Gillian Anderson) costume from the Season 9 episode "The Truth" of Chris Carter's The X-Files. Scully wore her costume when she and Fox Mulder (David Duchovny) headed to New Mexico.

This costume was originally sold in the sixth annual Official Gillian Anderson Website (GAWS) Online Auction to raise money for NF, Inc. (now Neurofibromatosis Network), a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to advocacy and community building for those with or connected to those with neurofibromatosis, including Anderson's brother. It consists of a brown trench coat from Frenchi (Size S), a dark brown button-up blouse from Theory, and a pair of dark brown pants from Theory marked "2" in blue ink on the interior tag. Also included are two sheets of color printed stills from the episode "The Truth" featuring Gillian Anderson as Scully. This lot exhibits pulled and frayed threads, as well as loose buttons.

Additional Provenance: GAWS COA printed with the signatures of Anderson and GAWS webmaster Cynthia Schmidt.
