An alien-human hybrid foetus with a glass tank from sci-fi TV series The X-Files. Alien-human hybrids appeared in "Essence", the penultimate episode of Season 8, at the Zeus Genetics lab when Billy (Zachary Aynsley) killed Dr. Lev (David Purdham).

The foetus is made of resin and is hand-painted and intentionally distressed. It features malformed limbs. Also included is a certificate of authenticity from 20th Century Fox, verifying that the prop was screen-used. The glass tank previously contained the liquid it floated in. Dimensions (foetus): 16 cm x 9 cm x 7 cm (6.25" x 3.5" x 2.75")
