A poster used in the production of the hit sci-fi TV series The X-Files. This particular poster was used in the first episode of the tenth season, “My Struggle”, in which Mulder (David Duchovny) is reunited with Scully (Gillian Anderson) after years apart. The poster was used as Mulder explored his old abandoned investigations, kicking his old “I Want To Believe” poster. This poster screen matches to behind the scenes footage from the episode, however was not the final poster seen on-screen.
Printed on glossy poster paper, the poster features the famous “I Want To Believe” slogan with the image of the UFO over a treeline. Tears caused by David Duchovny’s foot are present along the poster on both sides. Displaying signs of wear from the scene, the poster remains in distressed but otherwise good rolled condition, measuring 82 cm x 61 cm (32 ¼” x 24”) when displayed.
