A photo and hand-drawn picture used in the production of James Watkins’ 2012 horror-drama, The Woman In Black. The film follows a young lawyer, Arthur Kipps (Daniel Radcliffe) as he travels to a remote village terrorised by a vengeful ghost. Kipps finds himself in a race against time to discover the mystery of the spectre woman before she takes all the children of Crythin Gifford.
This photograph of Nathaniel Drablow (Ashley Foster) and his drawing of Aunt Jennet (Liz White) would have been used when Arthur Kipps opens the trunk under the window in Jennet’s bedroom. The photograph is printed in sepia tones and has a gloss finish, backed on to mounting card. On its reverse is the photographer’s ‘Walter Severa’ signature. The drawing of Aunt Jennet is crayon-drawn on thick textured paper. Both props have been stained and distressed to show age and wear in the production. The items remain in excellent production-used condition with the larger measuring 20cm x 15cm (8” x 6”).

These props are original assets used in the production of the 2012 film The Woman In Black. The asset is made available through a partnership between Prop Store and Exclusive Media. This is not a replica, but rather an original piece from the making of the film.
