An Unfinished Will Randall werewolf stunt mask from Mike Nichols’ supernatural drama Wolf. Created from a casting of principal actor Jack Nicholson, this mask was made for a stunt performer to wear when portraying Randall in his werewolf visage. The mask is made of foam latex and is painted in great detail to match Nicholson’s complexion. The back of the mask is slit in order for the mask to be easily removed, though the slit has now begun to tear beyond the original intent. The inside of the mask features a thin plastic plate glued to the head and is attached to a wooden pole and display base. The latex has largely fused to the head stand and is best left on the base rather than risk damage removing the piece. The mask shows heavy wear around the edges and misshapen areas of the face and head. The piece remains in fragile condition. Dimensions: 9" x 13" x 20" (23 cm x 33 cm x 51 cm)
