A set of Sir Christopher Lee's personal scripts from Robin Hardy's mystery thriller The Wicker Man and its unproduced sequel The Wicker Man 2. These items come from the personal collection of legendary actor Sir Christopher Lee. The set consists of two scripts for The Wicker Man and one for The Wicker Man 2, all bound within card covers. Both Wicker Man scripts - credited to Anthony Shaffer - are printed copies of production-used versions and are labelled "Original Shooting Script 1974". One features "This script is the property of Christopher Lee" in Lee's hand and bears a handwritten inscription from an unknown author. Both feature 125 pages, including three pages of character lists, and some pages include printed annotations. The script for The Wicker Man 2 (subtitled The Loathly Lambton Worm) is credited to Shaffer and has "This is the property of Christopher Lee, given to me by the author" handwritten on the title page. Comprising 130 pages, it includes cast lists and printed images linked to the Lambton Worm. The scripts display minor wear, some discolouration and minor staining to the covers.
